Shipping and Return Policy

Orders are generally shipped in 1 day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5

Cathedral Supply ships using UPS GROUND or USPS Parcel/Global Service. All orders will be shipped using UPS Ground or USPS unless specified. Tracking information will be made available to you when the package ships.

If you require express shipping or special delivery requirements, please call us. This ensures an accurate delivery estimate and proper shipping charge.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Oversized and Fragile orders that require special care are subject to additional shipping charges. In most instances where additional shipping charges apply, we will note on the website or contact you by phone.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address, it will be returned to us. In most instances, the shipping company will charge us a flat fee that must be charged to you. We are happy to provide tracking information, but once an order has left our warehouse, there is little we can do.

Providing accurate contact information is the best way to avoid shipping delays and charges. Typographic errors are the most common cause of mis-shipped packages.

You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.
